followse Beginning at a point on the southwest corner of land now or
formerly of Cicero B. King on King Street where said land Joins the
second parcel hereinafter described- thence running easterly on King
St. eight feet, thence northerly 104 feet, thence westerly eight feet,
thence southerly 1051 feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL III - ALL that certain lot of land in Orient, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, now or formerly of the Estate
of T. Vincent Young and bounded as followse- Northerly by land of now
liNavy Street, so-called, Easterly by land now or formerly of the Estate
of T. Vincent Young, southerly by lands now or formerly of Cicero B.
King and David G. Vail, or his wife Arletta Vail, and westerly by land
new or formerly of John Kokendaffer or wife Sarah, containing twenty-
II five square rods of ground measuring on the north and south lines sixty-
five feet each and on the east and west lines one hundred and five feet
each.
PARCEL IIIc ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying
and being in Orient in the Town of Southold, in the County of Suffolk
and State of New York containing by measurement twenty-three rods, be
the same more or less, and bounded as follows:- via$ Westerly by lands
formerly of the Estate of Dolly Vail, deceased, late of Zeviah Young,
Northerly by lands late of the Estate of Thomas Vincent Young, deceased,
late of Zevlah Young, Easterly by lands late of the heirs of Henry T.
King, deceased, and southerly by King Street,
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE those premises conveyed to Emeline K.
Jagger by Jeremiah H. Vail and William H. Vail, Jr. by Deed
