BEGINNING at a point on the southerly shore line of Marlon Lake
where sane is intersected by the easterly line of land now or formerly
of East Marion Land Improvement Company, being also the westerly line
of the promisesi running thence S. 34 deg. 121 40" E. one hundred
thirty eight (138) feet to a monument set on the northerly line of a
private road which runs easterly from Bay Avenue and which is known
as Rabbit Lane running thence along said private road N. 51 deg.

a distance of fifty (50) feet= running thence N. 34 deg.
121 40" W. a distance of one hundred thirty eight (138) feet, more or
loss, to the southerly shore line of Marion Lake` running thence in a
general westerly direction along the southerly shore line of Marion

Beach Realty Corporation to John F. Brown and Grace Brown, by deed
dated April 21st 1951 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office on April 24th 1965 in Liber 3207 at page 39. The said Grace
Brown died on December 6, 1951 In Bronx, New York.
