BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Main Road which point
is the intersection of the southerly line of said Main Road and the
extension southerly of the easterly line of Parcel I, being the
northeasterly corner of Parcel II;
RUNNING THENCE South 24° 04' 30" East 42 feet more or less to the
ordinary high water mark of Orient Harbor;
RUNNING THENCE in a westerly direction along the ordinary high water
mark of Orient Harbor 132 feet more or less to a point which is the
intersection of the ordinary high water mark of Orient Harbor with
the southeasterly corner of land now of or about to be conveyed to
Williams;
RUNNING THENCE along said land now of or about to be conveyed to

line of Main Road;
