\vim WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being indbcx at Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, more particularly bounded and described in the annexed description.
TOGETHER with an easement for pedestrian purposes and I IiisIIIIIIIII, vehicular access
to the described parcel over other lands of the Grantor, which easement shall
be 10 feet wide, measured easterly from the most westerly line of other lands
of the Grantor herein.running from Main Road to the parcel herein conveyed. The
^ Grantor reserves the right to extinguish this easement upon granting to the
Grantee a similar easement of ingress and egress running from Main Road to the
subject premises.
