easterly line of said land of the party of the second part and
the point or place of BEGINNING, containing 0.1143 acres .
SUBJECT to the following real covenants, restrictions and agreements
which shall run with the land:
(1) Parcel I shall be incorporated into the adjoining lot
and merged therein. Parcel II shall be incorporated into the
adjoining lot except that it may be conveyed to the owner of another
adjoining lot provided that it shall be incorporated into that
adjoining lot if so conveyed.
(2) The entire premises of these parcels shall be maintained at
all times in a neat and orderly manner. No portion of these premises
shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for rubbish,
trash, garbage, or other waste, no such wastes shall be burned on
the property at any time, and no portion of both parcels shall
be permitted to grow wild.
THE foregoing covenants , restrictions and agreements are intended
to cover the described real property only and are not intended
to be extended to any other preperty of the parties.
Enforcement, modification, amendment or annulment of the foregoing
covenants , restrictions and agreements shall be by William W.
Schrieaer, his heirs, executors, representatives, assigns or
successors in interest.
