A � party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second
v part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
a ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

and State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described

BEGINNING at the Southeasterly corner hereof at a point on the
Northerly side of Main Road where same is intersected by the Westerly
018 line of land now or formerly of Daley and from said point of

RUNNING THENCE South 71 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds West along
E20t the Northerly side of Main Road 164 .29 feet;

THENCE North 16 degrees 24 tginutes 00 seconds West 170 feet to a
monument and land of the State of New York;

LOT THENCE North 72 degrees 46 minutes 20 seconds East along said mentioned
land 124.04 feet to an iron pipe and land now or formerly of Daley;
RUNNING THENCE South 30 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds East along last
mentioned land 170. 18 feet to the Northerly side of Main Road, at
the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
�+ the first part by deed dated 12/10/76 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office in Liber 8160 CP 432 on 12/20/76.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year fust above
written.
