thence westerly on a line parallel with the southerly line of Locust
Court one hundred (100) feet; thence northerly parallel with the
westerly line of Sylvan Drive forty (40) feet.. to the southerly side of
Locust Court; and thence easterly along the southerly side of Locust
Court one huidred (100) feet to the point of beginning.

AND ALSO, ALL that plot of land situate at East Marion, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, which plot is known as
and by the lots numbers 14A (Fourteen A) and 42A (Forty-two A) as shown
on a Map entitled "Map of Section One Gardiner' s Bay Estates situate at
East Marion, Long Island" which map was filed in Suffolk County Clerk' s
Office on September 23, 1927, under the number 255.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Gardiner' s Bay
Company, Inc. , to Annie L. Olsen bydeed dated November 21, 1935 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on November 27, 1935 in
Liber 1840 of Deeds at Page 197 and devised to Albert A. Olsen, by the
Will of Annie L. Olsen, admitted to probate by =the Surrogate' s Court of
Suffolk County on the 10th day of December, 1951 and this conveyance
is subject to all of the terms, conditions and restrictions mentioned and
described in said deed and this deed also conveys to the parties of the
second part all easements, rights and privileges whatsoever vested in or
possessed by said Annie L. Olsen, by virtue of said deed to her from
Gardiner' s Bay Company, Inc.
Being the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part herein
by deed from Edwin,D. LaRue and Gladys H. LaRue, dated June 14, 1965 and
recorded in Liber 5787 page . 516.
The said premises are also described as follows:
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at East Marion,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known as and
by the Lots numbered 44A, 43A 42A and 14A9 on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Section Two, Gardiner=s Bay Estates, situate at EastMarion,
Long Island" which map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office
on September 23, 1927 under the Number 275.
