1 TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
l� the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "pa ies" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

TABOR, as parties of the first
part and D. CLAEYS BAHRENBURG,
as party of the second part.
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York,more particularly bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly corner of premises
herein described, said point being the following three courses and
distances from the intersection formed by the easterly side of
the King Right of Way with the northerly side of Village Lane
or Main Street:
1. North 18 degrees 05 minutes West 210. 98 feet to a point ;
2. South 54 degrees 44 minutes 30 seconds West along the
southerly side of land nor or formerly of Milliken 24. 92
feet to a point;
3 . North 23 degrees 59 minutes West 55. 0 feet to a point at
the southeasterly corner of the premises about to be describe( ;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning the following
three courses and distances along the shore line of Orient Harbor :
1. North 27 degrees 55 minutes West 16. 83 feet to a point;
2. South 62 degrees 47 minutes West 15 . 72 feet to a point ;
3 . North 24 degrees 58 minutes West 77 . 44 feet to a point on
the easterly line of land now or formerly of Knox;
RUNNING THENCE North 57 degrees 40 minutes East along last
mentioned land 251. 0 feet to a monument on the southerly line
of land now or formerly of Latham;
RUNNING THENCE South 46 degrees 49 minutes 30 seconds East
along last mentioned land 32 . 0 feet to a point on the westerly
line of land now or formerly of Broderick;
RUNNING THENCE South 36 degrees 58 minutes 40 seconds West along
last mentioned land 40. 50 feet to a point;
RUNNING THENCE South 52 degrees 44 minutes 30 seconds East still
along last mentioned land 40. 38 feet to a monument on westerly lin
of land now or formerly of Milliken;
THENCE SOUTH 54 degrees 44 minutes 30 seconds West along last
mentioned land 230. 84 feet to a point at the southeasterly corner
of the premises herein described, the point or place of BEGINNING/
TOGETHER with a right of way over the roadway as now laid out from
the above described premises southerly about 220 feet to Village
Lane (Main Street) .
SUBJECT to a right of way of others over said roadway as now laid
