Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and described
on a certain Map filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk entitled Map of Marion Beach situate at East Marion, Suffolk
County, New York, made by Otto W. plan Tuyl, dated May 25th 1927, as and
by Lot Number Pour, said Lot Number Four being bounded with reference to
said Map as follows:-
