goods, chattels and credits of WILLIAM V. MERRILL, deceased,

MEBRILL H. VAIL and SOPHIE E. VAIL, his wife, as tenants
by the entirety, residing at 2601 Farragut Road, Brooklyn, New
York, parties of the second part,
WITNESSETH that the parties of the first part, in
consideration of Six hundred ($600) dollars, lawful money of the
United States, paid by the parties of the second part, do hereby
grant and convey unto the parties of the second part, their heirs
and assigns forever, all the right, title and interest which the
said William V. Merrill had at the time of his death of, in and
to
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate
in the village of East Marion, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described
as follows:- BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line
of Bay Avenue where same is intersected by the northerly
line of land of Henry M. Graseck and Anna M. Graseck{
running thence in a'general northerly direction along
the westerly line of Bay Avenue, sixty (60) feet, running
i thence in a general westerly direction and parallel with
1 the northerly line of land of Graseck one hundred fifty
1 (150) feet, running thence southerly and parallel with
w Bay Avenue, a distance of sixty (60) feet to the north-
west corner of land of Graseck, running thence in a
general easterly direction along the northerly line of
land of Graseck, one hundred fifty (150) feet to the
