EXCEPTING such part of above described land as was heretofore
conveyed to The Board of Education of Orient Union Free School Distric
No. 2, Town of Southold, New York, by deed dated October 14, 1954
and recorded October 26, 1954 In the office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County in Liber 3761 ep 13.
