WILLIAM Y. TERRY, JR., residing at the same place,

land, with the buildings situate thereon, located at Orient, Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, described as
follows:
" Bounded on the north by the Main Road; on the East by Halyoke
Av&nue; on the South partly by land of George W. Hallock and partly
by land now or formerly of Joseph Miller; on the West partly by land
of George W. Hallock, partly by land now or formerly of Joseph Miller,
partly by land now or formerly of Fred Tabor and partly by land now
or formerly of Michael Karcher.
Being, and intended to be, those lands devised to party of
the first part and his brother, William Y. Terry, deceased, under the
Last Will and Testament of Eery B. Terry. .h

Also, all that piece or parcel of land sltmate in Orient,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New Yorks described
as followet
" Bounded on the North by land now or formerly of Edwin P.
Brown's estate; on the East partly by land now or formerly of
George G. Glover's estate and partly by land now or formerly of John
Berra; on the South by the Main Road (Ring's Highway) and on the West
by land now or formerly of Oscar F. Tuthill's estate.
Subject, however, to mortgages recorded in Liber 463 of
Mortgages at page 403 and Liber 1072 at page 343, in the Office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County and both held by The Southold Savings
Bank, which the party of the second part assumes and agrees to pay.
