Slagle and Agnes Vernon Slagle being husband and wife, parties of the seeond part, 99rdn,00tthhat the party of the first part, in consideration of TEN . . S. Danforth, and running thence in an easterly direction by and along the southerly side of the said right of way to the easterly side of another right of way running north and south (sometimes known as Dexter Road), running thence southerly along the easterly side of said right of way along land of Baker and Weiler, a distance of 127 feet; running thence westerly across the right i'of way and along the northerly line of land of J. C. Welles to land now or formerly lof F. S. Danforth at a point 137 feet southerly from the place of beginning; running lthence northerly along the easterly line of said land now or formerly of F. S. ,Danforth a distance of 137 feet to the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with such use of the bathing beach on Long Island Sound bounded Ion the east by land now or formerly of one Knox and on the west by land now or formerly �� I k ........ .. L 751, 330 of one Stern as the party of the first part can give. The party of the first part does not, however, guarantee or warrant such use. TOGETHER , also, with the use of the right of way adjoining said premises on the north and the right of way to part of which the easterly portion of the premise is subject to and from the Sound shore and the Main Road to the extent that the party of the first part can convey the same. SUBJECT, however, to the rights of others to pass and repass over so much of the easterly portion of the premises as is a right of way sometimes known as Dexter Road, BEING AND NTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated September 5, 1950 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 3122 of deeds at page 174.
