WITNESSETH. that the party of the first part,in consideration of

ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and
being in the Village of Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, and bounded and described as follows:
CONE ENCINfl at the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly
line of the highway known as Bay Avenue with the southerly line of
the street or highway known as Billow Street, formerly Young Street;
running thence easterly along said street to the line of lands now
owned by Annie P. Perinchief; thence southerly along said lands to
lands now owned by Henry F. J. Knobloch and wife; thence westerly
along said lands to land of John D. Cleveland; thence northerly and
then westerly alonL, the land of John D. Cleveland to the easterly
line of the highway known as Bay Avenue and thence northerly along
the said highway to the point or place of beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom so much of the above described premises as was
conveyed by Frederic C. Scofield and Annie E. Scofield, his wife, to
Henry F. J. Knobloch and Isabelle S. Knobloch, his wife, by deed
dated December 6, 1933, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office on December 8, 1933 in Liber 1744 of deeds at page 71
and therein described as follows:
ALL that certain lot or parcel of land situated in the Village of
Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows: north by ':Iillow Street 51.97 feet;
east by laod of Jessie Murray, formerly Silas E. Stanton 115.10 feet;
south by land of :!.F.J.Kaoblooh 45.81 feet; westerly partly by land
of H.F.J.Kaobloch, 29.29 feet and partly by land of Frederic C.
Scofield 85.60 feet.
SUBJECT to a mortgage in the sum of 4850.00 dated June 27th, 1900,
recorded July 9, 1906, in Liber 310 of mortgages, Page 391.
