PARCEL I:- ALL that certain tract or parcel of woodland, situate,
lying and being at East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State _
of New York, and bounded and described as follows:
Northerly by land now or formerly of Edward S. Edwards; easterly
by land formerly of Jonathan Truman and George Tuthill; southerly by lands
now or formerly of Jedidiah Rackett and westerly by lands now or formerly of
Orange Petty and the heirs of Frederick H. Tuthill.
Being and intended to be the southerly one half of premises conveyed
to the party of the first part and Edward S. Edwards by deed dated January 31,
1902 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 610 of Deeds at Page
417 and conveyed to the party of the first part by the said Edward S. Edwards by
deed dated July 7, 1930 and recorded In Suffolk County Clerks' Office in Liber
2000 of Deeds at Page.102.
PARCEL II:- ALL that certain tract or parcel of woodland, situate,
lying and being at East Marion, Town of SoutHbld, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, and bounded and described as follows:
Westerly by land now or formerly of Orange Petty and the heirs
of Frederick H. Tuthill; northerly by lands formerly of Johnathan Truman and
George Tuthill 401.94 feet, more or less; easterly by lands formerly of Johnathan
Truman and George Tuthill 183.14 feet, more or less, and southerly by land
formerly of George L. Edwards and Edward S. Edwards 266.44 feet, more
or less, said promisee being of irregular shape and containing one acre, 92 1/2 �(
rods, more or less.
TOGETHER with all rights of way or easements appurtenant to
the esid premises.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the eame premises conveyed by
George L. Edwards and Adelyn Edwards, his wife, to Edward S. Edwards
by deed dated 7uly 7th, 1930 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on August 19th, 1938 in Liber 2000 of deeds at Page 104.
