a point on the northerly line of land heretofore conveyed by the East
P.iarion Land Improvement Company, Inc. to Edwin H. King and E. Stanley
Duvall; running thence in a northerly direction and at right angles to
the northerly line of said land formerly of Edwin H. King and E. Stable -
Duvall,fifty-ei�t ($8) feet; thence easterly and parallel with the
northerly line of said last mentioned land,One hundred seventy-five
(175) feet more or less to the shore of Llarion Lake; thence southerly
along the shore of Marion Lake to the said load formerly of Edwin H.
King and E. Stanley Duvall; thence westerly alone the land last mention d,
