ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate at Gardinerts Bay Estates, East Marlon, Sown of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Cedar L U which marks the southwesterly corner of Lot Nos one hundred thirty-three (133) as shown on a map entitled "Map of Section Two Gardin- er's Bay Estates, situate at East Marlon Long Island" which map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on September 23, 1927 under the Map No. 275; and running thence along the easterly line of Cedar Lane North Twenty-six degrees seven minutes thirty seconds West six (61) feet to a Point; running thence North sixty-three degrees fifty-two mAnutes thirty seconds East one hundred forty-three (1431) feet, more or less, to the or- dinary high water mark of Spring Pond; running thence along the ordinary high water mark of Spring Pond South nineteen degrees twenty-eight minutes ten seconds East six (61) feet, more or lees, to a point and the southeast erly corner of Lot No. 133 as shown on said map; running thence South six- ty-three degrees fifty-two minutes thirty seconds West one hundred forty- two (142.0') feet to the point or place of beginning.
