King; thence along said land of King, 3 courses, as follows: (1) North 84 degrees 19 minutes 50 seconds West, 250.38 foot to a monument; thence (2) South 10 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds East, 2459.04 feet to a monument; thence (3) North 83 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds East, 75.33 feet to a monumont and land of Morgan Cornell; thence along said land of Cornell, South 11 degrees 58 minutes 10 seconds East, 328.05 feet to a monument set on said northerly line of the Main Road; thence along said northerly line of the Main Road, South 57 degrees 24 minutes 20 seconds West, 110.52 feet to the point of beginning, containing 18.72 acres, more or less, according to survey of Otto W. Van Tuyl dated August 21, 1933.
