to the northerly line of a certain richt of ray, mLrL-iin. thence along
the northerly line of said right of Bray S. 790 50' 20' W. 200.93 feet
to the westerly line of land of Marion G. Richardson, running thence
it. 130 30' 00" W. 683.79 feet, more or less, to high water mark of
Long Island Sound (subject to change in hi,-,h vrater marl: since April
29th 1948), running thence in a general easterly or southeasterly
direction along the hi.-h water mark of Long Island Sound to the
point or place of beginning.
TOGETISR INITH all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part of, in and to that portion of Rocky Point Road as adjoins
the said premises on the east to the center line thereof.

first part of, in and to the lands under the waters of Long Island
Sound adjoining said premises.
TOGETIMR "WITH an easement to pass and repass for all ordinary purposes
over a certain right of way adjoining the said oremises on the south,
said right of way being approximately fifty feet in width and running
from Rocky Point Road in a westerly direction along the soatherly
