BEGINNING at an iron pipe set at the northerly shore of Marion
r Lake on the dividing line between land formerly of said French and
land formerly of Edna A. Brown, now of Gladys R.Radford; running
thence three courses, as follows: (1) N. 290 231 20" W. 481.57 feet
to a post; thence (2) N. 290 381 10" W. 236.08 feet to a post; thence
(3) N. 300 551 10" W. 219.21 feet to a poet; thence along said land of
Radford, S. 290 481 30" E. 936.81 feet to the point of beginning, the
last described line being identical with that course of the easterly
line of land conveyed by Brown to Radford, etc., which runs S. !y)}0 251
Ito" E. 938 feet, more or less, the surveys being referred to two
