particularly described in two certain deeds duly recorded in the office
of the Clerk of Suffolk County, New York in Llber 1198 of Deeds at
page 127 and in Liber 1198 of Deeds at pqCe 124 on June 2nd 1926.
It 18 the intention of the grantor to surrender and relinquish the
said right of way which was conveyed to her by Deed dated August 3rd
1945 and recorded on August 4th 1945 in Liber 2470 of Deeds at Page
90, in return for which the grantee above nwmed i9 simultaneously
conveying to her another and different right of way in place and stead
