real property situate near the hamlet of East Marion, Town of Scuthold,
Suffolk County, New York, more particularly described as follows:-
A RIGHT OF WAY sixteen and one-half (16!) feet in width over the lands
of Mary Thieringer and Robert Mack to Sound Avenue, which right of way
is more partieularly described in two certain deeds bearinG date
June 2nd 1926, the first being from Mary Thieringer to ~rncst G. Neuert
reeorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 1198 of Deeds at
Page 127, the other from Robert Mack to Ernest G. Neuert, recorded
in Suffolk County Clark'. Office in Llber 1198 of Deeds at Page 124.
It 1s the intention of the grantors to surrender so much of the right
of way above deseribed as was conveyed to them by Deed reeorded in
Suffolk County Clerk's Offiee on June 7th 1940 in LDer 2104 at Page
78, in return for which the grantee above named is simultaneously
eonveying to them another ~.d different risht of ~ay in place and
st,ad of the one hereby relinquished.
