ALL that tract or parcel of land with the buildings and Improvements
thereon situate in the Y111aae of Orient, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk, and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at -he Intersection of the southwesterly corner of the
lard formerly of Orange D. Petty and the Main Highway; ruhning
thence westerly along the said Highway five (5) rods to the land
formerly of Elias L. 'day- thence northerly along the land formerly
of Elias L. Way elght (85 rods to a certain stake; thence easterly
Batu two (2) rods to a certain stake on the westerly line ofsaid Orangge
D. Patty's Lard; thence southerly along said Petty's land ten (1 05
rods to the point or place of beginning.

of the first part, In and to that portion of the highway lying In
front of and adjacent to the above described premises.
BEING and Intended to be the same premises conveyed by Annie M.
Rose to the party hereto of the first part by deed dated December

being at Orient Point, In the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of the Main Highway
distant 198 feet easterly from the easterly line of the land of
Peter Sled Jeski, running thence westerly and along said northerly
line of the Main Highway 198 feet to the easterly line of the land
of Peter Sled,)eski, thence northerly and along the eae'erly line
of the land of said Peter Sled,)eskl 1,088 feet to the land of
Ferris LeRoy Francisco, thence easterly along the land of the
said Francisco 198 feet, thence southerly and along other lands
now or formerly of Rufus W. Tuthill and Mary E. Tuthill, his wife,
