George L. Edwards pursuant to decree of Hoa. Richard W. Hawkins,
Surrogate of Suffolk County dated December 15, 1950 Adtas;
do hereby grant and release unto the parties of the second part,
their heirs and aasigu gam=mdlx for the purposes of the trust createdi
in paragraph fourth A of the Last Will and Testament of George L. Edwards,
deceased for the benefit of Mildred E. Princep all those certain tracts
or parcels of land situate, lying and being at Orient, in the Town of
Southold County of Suffolk and State of New York and bounded and
describes as follows;
PARCEL Ir Beginning at the southwesterly corner thereof which
point is the northwesterly corner of land conveyed to Edward I. Keogh
running thence along the easterly line of land of Edgar Brown and Fres
Tabor and Sons north thirty-nine (39) degrees, thirty-Pour (34) minutes,'
tan (10) seconds West twelve hundred eleven and fifty-one hundredths
(1211.51) feet to a point; thence north fifty-six (56) degrees, thirty-
. three (33) miggu__tt�gg�t�-thirty (30) seconds East four hundred forty-four and,

PARCEL IIi Beginning at the northwesterly corner thereof at a
point south thirty-seven (37) degrees, eight (08) minutes, thirty (30)
seconds East three hundred twenty-eight and twenty-two hundredths X

beginning is the southwesterly corner of lands conveyed to Phyllis E.
Hale running thence north fifty-three (53) degrees, twenty-nine (29)

(247.353 feet to a point on the westerly line of lands of Louis Young;
thence south thirty-six (36) degrees, thirty (30) minutes, fifty (50)
seconds East eight hundred sixty-four and thirty-two hundredths (864.32)
feet to a monument; thence south thirty-six (36) degrees, thirty-four
(34) minutes, zero (00) seconds East two thousand seventy-five and
ninety-three hundredths (2075.93) feet to the northerly line of the
highway known as Narrow River Road; thence south thirty-five (35)
degrees, thirty-six (36) minutest twenty (20) seconds West two hundred
forty and seven hundredths (240.07) feet to a monument at the south-
easterly corner of lands of Robert Gillispie- thence north thirty-six
(36) degrees, forty-nine (49) minutes, zero 100) seconds West twenty-
one hundred thirty-five and forty-three hundredths (2135.43) feet to a
monument; thence north thirty-seven (37) degrees eight (06) minutes,
thirty (30) seconds West eight hundred seventy-e;ght and sixty-eight
hundredths (878.68) feet to the point or place of beginning.
Together with a right of way 15 feet in width over the westerly
portion of lands of Phyllis E. Hale and a right of way 10 feet in width
over the easterly portion of lands of Phyllis E. Hale lying to the
north of and adjacent to the premises hereinabove described.
PARCEL III: An undivided one half interest in all that certain
tract or parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon
\ erected, situate, lying and being at Orient, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, and bounded and described as
followst
Beginning at a point on the northerly line of the -chin Road which
point of beginning is the southeasterly corner of lands of Edward A.
Keogh; running thence northerly along the easterly lines of lands of
Edward A. Keogh and the easterly line of lands described as Parcel I
to the northeasterly corner of the lands herein described as Parcel I;
thence westerly along the northerly line of lands last mentioned four
hundred forty-four and eiehty-seven hundredths (444.87) feet more or
lees to the easterly line of lands of Fred Tabor and Sons; thence
northerly along lands last mentioned to the mean high water�==WW��rk of
Long Island Sound; thence easterly along the mean high watI f Long
Island Sound to lands of Dorman Estate and others; thence southerly along
the lands of Dorman Estate and lands of Wilkins to the northerly line
of David Gillispie; thence westerly and again southerly along the lands
of David Gillispie to the northerly line of the 'Wain Road; thence
westerly along the northerly line of the Main Road to the point or
place of beginning.
PARCEL IV: An undivided one half interest in meadow lands owned
by the decedent at a place called Broad Meadow in the Village of
Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York.
Parcels one and two herein being and intended to be the tillable
farm lands owned by the decedent George L. Edwards at the time of his
death, parcels three and four being an undivided one half interest in
the remaining Real Property owned by the said George L. Edwards.
Together with all easements and rights of way anpurtenant to the
premises hereinabove described.
Subject to all of the powers Granted to the aforesaid trustees in
and by the said Lnst Will and 'testament of George L. Edwards.
