PARCEL I: All that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and
being at East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York and being certain lots as described on a subdivision map of
property of Marion G. Richardson dated December 6, 1927 prepared by
Otto W. Van Tuyl, C.E. Said parcels with reference to said subdivision
map being as follows: The easterly portion of Lot #10 and having as
its southern boundary 72 feet on the north side of Lot #11; Lot #11
and that portion of Lots #12, #17 and #16 as lie on the northerly
boundary of a right of way crossing said subdivision map and being 50
feet in width and running across said subdivision south 450001 20"
west. It being intended to convey all of said Lots 12, 17 and 16 as
have their southerly boundary on the north line of said right of way as

PARCEL II: All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being
at Rocky Point, East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the
corner formed by the intersection of the southerly boundary of lot 18
as laid out upon a subdivision map of the above described premises
made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, professional engineer and land surveyor, and
certified by him as having been made from actual surveys completed
December 16, 1927, and proceeding in a general easterly direction from
the said intersection of the southerly boundary of lot 18 with the
easterly line of the roadway as laid out upon said nap, and along the
said southerly boundary of lot 18, 72.70 fent to the intersection of
the southerly boundary of lot 18 with the easterly boundary of lot 18,
as laid out upon said map, thence proceeding in a general northerly

direction along the said easterly boundary of lot 18, 72 feet to the
Intersection of the easterly boundary of lot 18 with the northerly
boundary of lot 18 as laid out upon the said map, thence continuing
along in a straight line in the same direction as taken by prolonring
the easterly boundary of lot 18, cutting across and through lot 10 as
laid out upon said map to the roadway whlcry forms the northerly, north
easterly and northwesterly boundary of lot 10, thence proceeding along
the boundary of lot 10 as the same runs on the said map, following, the
line of the roadway to the northwest, the southwest, and a generally
southerly direction to the intersection of the northerly boundary of
lot 18 with the westerly boundary of lot 18 along the said roadway,
thence continuing along the said roadway, the westerly boundary of
lot 18 in a generally southerly direction 72.18 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
The-said parcel to consist of all of lot 18 and the westerly
portion of lot 10 as hereinbefore described and laid out upon the said
map, be the said dimensions more or less.
