I BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Gardner's Bay Company, Inc., to Annie L. Olsen by Deed dated November 21st 1935 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerkts office on November 27th 1935 in Liber 1840 of Deeds at Page 197 and devised to Albert A. Olsen, by the Will of Annie L. Olsen, admitted to probate by the Surrogateta Court of Suffolk County on the 10th day of December 1951 and this conveyance is subject to all of the terms, conditions and restrictions mentioned and described in said deed and this deed also conveys to the parties of the second part all easements, rights and privileges whatsoever vested in or possessed by said Annie L. Olsen, by virtue of said deed to her from Gardner's Bay Company, Inc. I ,
