BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the southerly line of a certain thirty-
three (33) foot private road known as "North View Drive", about six hun-
dred (600) feet westerly along said southerly line from the easterly
boundary line of land of the parties of the second parts being the north-
westerly corner of land conveyed by the parties of the second part to the
parties of the first part, and the northeasterly corner of other land of
parties of the second part; and running along said southerly line of
"North View Drive", N. 80 deg. 00' E.-50.0 feet to an iron pipe and the
northeasterly corner of said land conveyed by the parties of the second
part to the parties of the first part, being also the northwesterly corner
of land conveyed, or about to be conveyed by the parties of the second
part to the parties of the first part; thence through said land conveyed
by the parties of the second part to the parties of the first part,
S. 8 deg. 40' 40" E.-113.23 feet to an iron pipe; thence along said other
land of the parties of the second part, N. 32 deg. 42- 50" W.-122.']1 feet
to the point of beginning.
The parcel hereinabove described being triangular in shape.
