BETWEEN LESLIE VAN NOSTRAND and ELIZABETH W. VAN NOSTRAN
his wife, both residing at 4 NartY- Drive, Great Neck, County of
Nassau and State of New York, parties of the first part, and
GEORGE R. LATHAM, residing on Bacon Road, Old Igestbury,
County of Nassau and State of New York, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH that the parties of the first part, in consid-
eration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) lawful money of the United States,
and other good and valuable consideration raid by the Party of the
