at Orient, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York
bounded and described as follows:
From a point on the boundary line between land formerly of Howard S.
(Latham on the east and Edwin H. King on the went, said line running from a
a post on the southerly line of the Main Road South fifteen degrees forty-
six minutes fifty seconds East one thousand thirty-eight and sixty-six one
hundredths feet at the point of the beginning of the triangular parcel
herein described, and from said po1Qt of beginning running thence along the
line formerly marked by a fence South sixty-nine degrees thirty-nim minute ,
sero seconds East one hundred forty-five feet, more or less, to the ordla-
ary high water mark of Gardiner's Bay, as of March 1926, thence southwest-
erly along said ordinary high water mark about one hundred forty-five feet
to a point in the extension southerly of the line first hereinabove men-
tioned and described, thence along the extension southerly of said line
