BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Benjamin
D. Latham and Mary L. Latham, his wife, to Edward W. Latham by Deed
dated December 28th 1927 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerks
Office on March 22nd 1928 in Libor 1.337 of Deeds at Page 596, and
conveyed by Edward 17. Latham and Addle M. Latham, his wife, to the
parties of the first part by Deed d,ted January 6th 1028 and recorded
