along other land now or formerly of said C.L. Young and along other land
of Edwin H. King on a line at right angles to said westerly line of
Youngs Avenue N. 700 101 40" W. two hundred forty-five and ninety one-
hundredths (245.90) feet to land of H. F. Knobloch; thence along said
land of H. F. Knobloch two courses, as follows:-

(2) N. 700 481 00w E. 125.19 feet to said land of C.L. Young, thence
