his successors and assigns forever, all those certain tracts or parcels
of land and woodland, situate at East Marion, in the Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows:-
P=oat No. 1 - Beginning at a stake on the northeasterly corner of lands
now or formerly belonging to Sophia Brooks, thence running westerly along
the northerly side of lands now or formerly of Sophia Brooks one hundred
sixty (160) feet to a stake, thence in a northerly direction along the
easterly side of lands now or formerly of S. Harmon Tuthill seven hundred
and seventy-four (774) feet to a stake, thence easterly along the southerly
aide of land formerly of Nathaniel 0. Edwards one hundred sixty (160)
feet to a stake, thence in a southerly direction along the westerly side
of lands now or formerly of Cynthia and Lucretia Tuthill seven hundred
eighty-two (782) feet tot he point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Nathaniel O.Edwards,
George L. Edwards and Adelyn I. Edwards, his wife, to Edward S. Edwards
by Deed dated December 12th 1925 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clark's
Office on December 16th 1925 in Liber 1157 of Deeds at Page 369.
TOGETHIM WITS all rights of way or easements appurtenant to the said
premises.
