Edwards one hundred sixty (160) feet to a stake, thence in a southerly direction along the westerly side of lands now or formerly of Cynthia and Lucretia Tuthill seven hundred eighty-two (782) feet tot he point or place of beginning. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Nathaniel O.Edwards, George L. Edwards and Adelyn I. Edwards, his wife, to Edward S. Edwards by Deed dated December 12th 1925 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clark's Office on December 16th 1925 in Liber 1157 of Deeds at Page 369.
