L. Edwards by deed dated December 12, 1925 and recorded in Suffolk
County Clerk's Crfice in Liber 1157 of Deeds at Page 370.
Parcel Tact Northerly by land now or formerly of Edward S.
Edwards; easterly by land formerly of Jonathan Truman and George
Tuthill; southerly by lands now or formerly of Jedidiah Sackett and
westerly by lands now or formerly of Orange Petty and the heirs of
Frederick E. Tuthill.
Being and intended to be the southerly one half of premises
conveyed to the party of the first part and Edward S. Edwards by li
deed dated January 31, 1902 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's
Office in Liber 610 of Deeds at Page 417 and conveyed to the party
of the first part by the said Edward S. Edwards by deed dated July 7,
