made the 3day of April, Nineteen hundred and forty-nine,
BETWEEN PAULINE CASE, residing at 160 Sterling Street,
Greenport, SuffnLc County, Wer. York, as sole executrix under the
Lest Will and Testament of N. Courtland Case, also known as
NSlliam Courtland Case, deceased, party of the first part, end
SVEND KENT, of 161-18 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, New York,
party of the second part
WHEREAS K. COURTLAND CASE, also imown as VILLIAM COURTLAVC
'A. E, the decedent above named, entered into two written contracts
in his lifetime, with Svehd Kent, the grantee herein, one,
executed October 10th 1944 and one executed the 26th day of May
1945, whereby said decedent agreed to sell and convey to said
grantee for the price and on the terms and conditions contained
In said contracts the premises hereinafter described and said
grantee agreed to purchase the same and pay the purchase price
provided for in said contract.
Now Pauline Case, executrix, in compliance wiih said
contracts and in consideration of One thousand (l1000.G0) dollars
said sum being the amount due on the aforesaid contracts April
21st 1946, the date of decedent's death, the sum of Four hundred
(4400) dollars being due on the first contract and the sum of
six hundred ($600) dollars being due on the second contract here-
inbefore mentioned, does hereby grant and release unto the party
of the second part, his heirs, distributees and assigns forever,
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land, together
with all the buildings and improvements thereon, situate
in the Hamlet of East Marlon, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described
as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly -
line of Aquaview Avenue eight hundred sixty (860) feet
easterly along said line from the easterly line of
Rocky Point Road and being the southwesterly comer of

the premises herein described ad the southeasterly
corner of land nov; or formej 1, of toltor C. Frooks;
running thence nlon€ said lnnd now .,r formerly of
said Walton r. Brooks N. 10 49' 50" F. °55 feet
more or less to Long Island Sound; thence southeast-
erly along said Long Island Sound ntout one hundred
twelve (112) feet, to land nov. or formerly of G. S.
Nowell; thence alone naid land novor foraur rl; of
G. S. Nowell, S. 100 49' 50" R. two !.undred fifteen
(215) feet, more or less, to said northerly line of
Aquavlew Avenue; thence along said northerly line of
Aquavlew Avenue N. 590 10'10" V�., one hundred (100)
feet to the point of beginning.
