at East Marion, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southwest corner of the premises herein
described being the point of intersection of the easterly
line of Shipyard Lane and the northerly line of the lands
of Fred Bohlke; running thence in a general Northerly dir-
eatlom along the easterly line of Shipyard Lane a distance
't of 60 feet to other lands of the parties of the first part,
thence running in a general easterly direction along other
lands of the parties of the first part on a line parallel
to the Northerly line of the lands of Fred Bohlke a distance

conveyed by Julia Avery Fish Elizabeth H. Brinsmade, former
ly Elizabeth H. Fish as residuary devisees under thelast
Will and Testament of Harold Latham Fish, and Florence Fish
as residuary devisee under the last Will and Testanent of Ed-
nund Fish to Martin Beck and Ida F. Beck, his wife, by deed
dated August 16 1939, and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office in liber 206C of deeds at page 137 on August
31, 1939.
