Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and describe
as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point of deflection in the northwesterly line of King
Street (sometimes known as "Hog Pond Road"), said point being four
hundred three and thirty-two hundredths (403.32) feet southwesterly
along said northwesterly line from its intersection wl'.h the south-
westerly line of said King Street; and running alone land of the partie
of the first part three courses, as follows:-
(1) N. 400 281 00" W. 191.65 feet; thence
2 at right angles to the last described line N. 490 321 00" E. 99.80
feet; thence '
(3) parallel with the first course hereinabove described
S. 400 281 OO" E. 185.25 feet to said northwesterly line of King

TOGETHER WITH a richt of way over a fifty (50) foot private road known
as "Harbor Road". the southwesterly line of which Is described as
follows:- Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of King
Street (sometimes known as Hog Pond Road) 143.54 feet southwesterly
along said northwesterly line from the point of beginning of the
premises hereinabove described, being the southeasterly corner of said
premises, and running at right angles to said northwesterly line of
King Street N. 570 161 10" W. 246 feet to the northwesterly line of
another right of way, hereinafter described.
ALSO, with a right of way over a strip of land from said southwesterly
lino of said fifty (50) foot private road known as Harbor Road south-
westerly about 210 feet to Orient Bay; said strip of land to be ten
(10) feet in width at its northeasterly end where it adjoins said
southwesterly line of Baia fifty (50) foot private road known as
Harbor Road, and fifty (50) feet in width at its southwesterly end
where it abuts said Orient Bay.
