ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, lying and being in the hamlets of
East Marion and Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of NYS Route 25; said point being at
the intersection of said northerly line of NYS Route 25 and the westerly boundary
of the parcel to be described and the easterly boundary of the subdivision
Brionngloid-by-the-Sea, Suffolk County Map No. 6711;
RUNNING THENCE North 38 degrees 10 minutes 40 seconds West 382 feet, more or less,
to the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound;
RUNNING THENCE in an easterly direction along the high water mark of Long Island
Sound 1950 feet, more or less, to lands now or formerly of Stephenson;
RUNNING THENCE along said lands of Stephenson, South 42 degrees 02 minutes 10
