on the West running one hundred and fourteen (114) feet by land
belonging to the Estate of John M. Griffing, deceased, thence
Westerly thirty-eight (38) feet, and thence Northerly fifty-one
(51) feet and bounded on the two lines last named by the Estate
of John M. Griffing, deceased, be the measurements above more or lees.

Bounded on the North by land of William H. Griffing lbout
thirty-eight (38) feet; East by land now or late of the said
William H. Griffing, about one hundred and fourteen (114) feet;
South by the highway leading through East Marion from Greenport
to Orient about thirty-eight (38) feet, and West by land.now or
late belonging to the Estate of J. Milton Griffing,deceased,
about one hundred and twenty-six (126) feet:

The same being triangular in shape and bounded on the Scot\
by the highway ten (10) feet; on the East by land of Charles T.
Brown eighty (80) feet extending from the said highway to the-line
dividing the lands of Charles H; Brown and Edwin B. Tuthill,
thence running southerly to the highway again and bounded by the
land of Edwin B. Tuthill.
