where it is by the southerly line of property conveyed by

September 9, 1948, and running thence westerly along said land conveyed
to John Bauer, Jr. two hundred eighty-two (282) feet, more or less, to
land conveyed by the party of the first part to ''Wayland C. Brown; thence
I southerly along said land conveyed to Wayland C. Brown one hundred (100)
feet; thence easterly along other land of the party of the first part
and parallel with the southerly line of land conveyed to John Bauer, Jr.
two hundred eighty-two (282) feet, more or less, to the westerly side
of Old Orchard Lane; thence northerly along the westerly side of Old
Orchard Lane one hundred (100) feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning.
