line) of Orient Harbor where same is intersected by the southerly
line of land conveyed by the party of the first part to Paul K.
Daland and Thelma W. Daland, by deed dated December 12th 1953,
recorded in Suffolk County Clerkls office on December 15th 1953, in
Liber 3626 of deeds at page 416; running thence in a general easterly
direction and along land of Deland and land of James F. Douglass, one
hundred thirty-six (136) feet more or less to the northeast corner of
land conveyed by James F. Douglass to Maud E. Latham, by deed dated
the day of February 1954; running thence in a southeasterly
direction and along land of James Douglass to a point one hundred
(100) feet distant from the northerly line of the premises herein
described; measured at right angles thereto; thence westerly along
other lands of Maud E. Latham and parallel with and at all points
distant one hundred (100) feet from the northerly line hereof to the
highwater mark of Orient Harbor; thence northerly along the high
.water mark of Orient Harbor to the point or place of beginning.
