ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate at Orient, Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
wj ( BEGINNING at the high water mark in Orient Harbor at the south-
easterly corner of lands of George S. Younie and Alice C . Younie, his
ife, and ad�olning lands heretofore, conveyed by the said George S.
Younie and Alice C . Younie, his wife, to Deane Knox Fox; running thence
orthwesterly along highwater mark of Orient Harbor fifty ( 50) feet more
v r less to other lands of said George S. Younie and Alice C . Younie, his
wife, thence northeasterly and fifty ( 50) feet from and parallel wit)z
the northwesterly boundary of the lands heretofore conveyed to Deane
Knox Fox, one hundred fifty-six (156) feet more or less to lands of
A. H . Latham; running thence southeasterly along said lands fifty-one
Iand thirty-four hundredths ( 51.34) feet more or less to lands of Deane
Knox Fox and thence southeasterly along said land one hundred sixty-
eight and seventy-hundredths (168.70) feet more or less to high?✓ater
mark at the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and Interest of the parties of
the first part of, in and to the lands under waters of Orient Harbor
lying in front of the above described premises.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the carties of
the first part in rights of way which may be appurtenant to the
premises hereby conveyed over other lands not owned by the said par-
ties of the first cart.
SUBJECT to any rtahts of way over the premises hereby conveyed.
SUBJECT, also, however, to use of said right of way in common with
others as contained in that certain deed made by George S . Younie and
Alice C . Younie, his wife, to Douglas Knox dated June 27, 1939 and
duly recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on June 29, 1939

Being the same premises conveyed by Alma M. Vail Knox, as widow
residing at Allview, East Marion, Suffolk County, New York and Elizabeth
J K . Dexter, individually (as only child) and as Executrix under the last
will and testament of Douglas Knox, late of Suffolk County, deceased,
residing at 49 Curtis St. , Egypt, Mass . , both of whom are the only als-
tributees, heirs-at-law and next-of-kin of Dou?las Knox, deceased, to
Alma M . Va+l u ra uffolk County,
