lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as Lot No 11 on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Green Acres at Orient" and filed in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on April 13 , 1962 as Map No 3540, said lot
being more particularly bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Greenway West distant
200 feet northerly, as measured along the westerly side of Greenway
West from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly
side of Greenway West with the northerly side of Park View Lane;
running thence South 80 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds West 132. 42 feet
thence North 9 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds West 189. 50 feet;
thence North 80 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds East 118. 70 feet to the
westerly side of Greenway West; and thence along the westerly side of
Greenway West, South 13 degrees 32 minutes 40 seconds East 190 feet to
