LATHAY, both residing at Orient, is the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, parties of the first part, and JAMS F. DODOL►SS, of the same place, party of the second part, WITKIS=H, V=W, Nelson Douglass died a resident of Orient, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York on or about the 12th day of June, 1927 leaving a Last Will and Testament and Codicils thereto duly admitted to probate by the Surrogate's Court of Suffolk County wherein and whereby certain lands described in said Last Will and Testament were devised to the parties hereto subject to life use thereof by the widow of the said Nelson Douglass and WHEREAS, the said widow of Nelson Douglass, one Minnie Douglass died a resident of Suffolk County on the 8th day of August, 1952 and the life estate of said widow in the lands devised to the parties hereto by the said Nelson Douglass has terminated and the parties are now the owners in fee of said land devised to them as aforesaid and WHEREAS, the lands devised to the parties hereto are or may be deemed to be inadequately described in said Will and the parties hereto desire to properly and correctly describe the various parcels of land devised to them as aforesaid and to cone by this instrument and other instruments to be recorded simultaneously herewith the interests, if any, which the parties of the first part may have in the lands devised as aforesaid to the party of the second part, NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the premises and of the payment by the party of the second part to the parties of the first part of the sum of One (61.00) Dollar, lawful money of the I H�28t3 United States, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the parties of the first part do hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, all right title and interest of the parties of the first part of, in and to all those certain tracts, pieces or parcels of lands and buildings and improvements thereon erected, if any, situate, j lying and being at Orient, in the Town of Southold, County of , Suffolk and State of New York and bounded and described as follwss- Beginning at a point on the southerly line of King Street which point Is the northeasterly corner of lands of Edward LeBarre; running thence easterly along the southerly line of Sing Street one hundred twenty (120) feet more or less to the westerly line of lands of Percy Douglass; thence along rinxlasda at the we`�*rly line of lands of Percy Douglass southerly; westerly/tgKin southerly and southeasterly to the westerly line of lords of Maude E. Lathes known as the "Sunshine Farm"; thence southerly and southwesterly along said lands of Maude E. Lathes to the high water mark of Orient Harbor; thence north- westerly along the high water mark of Orient Harbor ten hundred fifty (1050) feet more or less to southerly line of other lands of the party of the second part; thence easterly northerly and westerly along said other lands of the party of the second part to the easterly line of lands of Maude E. Latham. Said lands being fully described as parcel two in a certain deed to Maude E. _ Lathto-le recorded simultaneously herewith thence northerly a the easterly line of lands of Maude E. Latham five hundred fourteen and fifty-nine hundredths (514.59) feet to the southerly Lim et the lands of George Douglass ; thence easterly along the ! southerly line of leads of George Douglass, lands of Davis t Carl King and Edward LeBarre to the southeasterly corner of said lands of Edward LeBarre; thence northerly along the easterly line of said lands of LeBarre one hundred sixty-seven (167) feet more or less to the point or place of beginning.
