northerly from the shore of the Bay, running thence from said stake
South 340 121 40" East on a line parallel with Bay Avenue to ordinary
high water mark of the Bay; thence beginning again at said stake as
mentioned and running along the southerly side of said 16 foot roadway
( North 690 171 30" East 29 feet to the northeast corner of the plot
hereby described, thence South 340 121 40" East to ordinary high water
mark of the Bay, thence running along ordinary high water mark of the
