follows:- BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of the plot hereby con-
veyed and on the northerly line of a proposed road, said point of begin-
ning being located as in hereinafter described right of way; running
thence along said northerly line of said proposed road, N. 80 deg. 351
10" W.-62.25 feet to land of Thomas F. Berrill; thence along last
mentioned land N. 6 deg.101 10" W.-240 feet, more or less to ordinary
high water mark of Long IslandSound; thence easterly along the ordinary
high water mark of Long Island Sound, forty-two (1a2) feet more or less
to other land of party of the first part; thence along said land of the
party of the first part, S. 10 deg. 461 E. 255 feet, more or less, to
the point of beginning.
