a concrete monument set for a bound where the northerly side of said Main
State Road intersects the easterly side of land, now or formerly of Cove Beach
Estates, Inc. ;
RUNNING THENCE North 120 39' West a distance of 290.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 890 37' 20" East a distance of 145.14 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 90 15' 30" East a distance of 308.00 feet to
the northerly side of Main State Road;
RUNNING THENCE North 81° 18' 20" West by and with the northerly side
of Main State Road a distance of 132.70 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING and intended to be the same premises as those described in Liber
9300 cp 599, to Jennie Boken Rivituso and Mary B. Malinauskas. Mary B. Malinauskas
