numbers 131, 132 and 133 as shown on a map entitled "Map of Section
Block G4.00 Two Gardiner's Bay Estates, situate at East Marion, Long Island"
which map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s office on September
23, 1927 under the number 275, excepting therefrom the southerly six

the first part and Pauling R. Terwilliger to Helene Schmidt.
Lots 132 & 133 — BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed
to the party of the first part and Paulina R. Terwilliger by a deed
from Gardners Bay Company, Inc. , dated June 26, 1940, recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's office, Liber 2107 of deeds at page 572 on
June 28, 1940.
Lots 131 - BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part and Pauline R. Terwilliger by a deed from
Bertha Downs Ackland and others dated October 19, 1949 and recorded
in the office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 3014 , page 585 on
November 2 , 1949.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated September 21, 1976 and recorded in the
office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 8109 at page 137 on

TOGETHER ,a#ith all of the rights conveyed to the parties by said
