o.300 1 Tbwn of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, owned and developed by woodhollow
D3�0 Properties, Inc. k3 Glen Zane, Glenwood Landing, New York, Otto W. Van T'uyl and Son,
Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenpoint, New York, and filed in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on October 26, 1961 as Map No. 3444.
TOGETHER with a right of way over all streets as shown on maps of Orient-By-The-Sea,
Sections One and Two, Maps Nos. 2777 and 3444 as filed in the Office of the
Suffolk County Clerk.
Said premises are conveyed subject to:
�I .1 . Any state of facts an accurate survey may show provided same does not render
the title unmarketable.
2. Zoning regulations and ordinances of the Town of Southold.
.3. Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions dated November 15, 1961, under
Liber No. 5083, Page 219, filed in the Office of the County Clerk, Suffolk
County, on November 17, 1961.
4. Subject to the fact that Woodhollow Properties, Inc., grantors' predecessor
in title, contemplates developing premises fronting on and along Main Road
for business uses and purposes to a depth of not less than 200 feet nor more
than 400 feet, and grantee by accepting this conveyance from the grantors
waives any right to object to said Woodhollow Properties, Inc. developing said
land along Main Road for business purposes as more particularly set forth in
the deed from Woodhollow Properties, Inc., to the grantors herein recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's office on October 16th, 1968, in Liber 6438 of
deeds at page 183.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the grantor in and to said premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the grantee, the heirs or successors and assigns of the
grantee forever. AND the said grantor covenants that the grantor has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been encumbered in any way whatever.This deed is subject to the trust provisions of Section 13 of the Lien Law.
The words "grantor" and "grantee"shall be construed to maj in the plural whenever the s of this deed so requires.
