WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration

TOGETHER with the right to use, in common with others, the several

Costas Stars to Peter C. Frumenti and others, by deed dated
March 25, 1961 and recorded in Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County
