Also all that other tract or parcel of land situate at Last Marion aforesaid, and bounded northerly by land now or formerly belonging to Henry H. Terry deceased, easterly by land heretofore conveyed to Clin- ton W. Rackett by Grant 8. Hackett & ors,, south, rly by the land here- tofore described, and westerly by land belonging now or formerly to the Estate of Daniel Bart deceased, said ;remises being 78 ft. 9 in. in width and four hundred and twelve (412) feet in depth, be the same more or less. -_----
